CA ANZ in Sydney is seeking a relationship-led role to connect with universities, employers, graduates and student communities through careers events, presentations and campaigns that bring the CA story to life.

You will inspire students and graduates through engaging experiences, build strong university and employer relationships, and lead on-campus activity and campaigns to grow future member pipelines.

Qualifications

• Confident relationship builder who enjoys creating great stakeholder experiences.
• Experience in a customer-facing, relationship-focused or early careers environment.
• Clear and confident communication; adaptable to different audiences.
• Organised, proactive and able to balance events, campaigns, reporting and relationships.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Curious, collaborative and comfortable using digital tools and data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Inspire students and graduates through engaging virtual and face-to-face experiences.
• Build strong relationships with universities, employers, educators, student groups and graduates.
• Lead on-campus activity, including career fairs, presentations, student society events and industry seminars.
• Support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program to champion CA ANZ in market.
• Deliver campaigns that grow student engagement, employer relationships and future member pipelines.
• Use data, insights and academic calendars to identify opportunities and improve activity.
