Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) in Sydney CBD is seeking a relationship-led Careers Engagement role to connect with universities, employers, graduates, educators and student communities through events, presentations and campaigns.

You will lead on-campus activities, inspire students, and build strong partnerships with universities, educators and student groups to grow engagement and future member pipelines, using data to optimise outreach and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, relationship-focused or early careers environment.
• Ability to engage universities, employers and student communities.
• Clear communication and confident presentation across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Inspire students and graduates through engaging virtual and face-to-face experiences.
• Build relationships with universities, employers, educators, student groups and graduates.
• Lead on-campus activity, including career fairs, presentations and industry seminars.
• Support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program to advocate CA ANZ.
• Deliver campaigns that grow student engagement and employer relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this relationship-led role, you’ll connect with universities, employers, graduates, educators and student communities through careers events, presentations and campaigns that bring the CA story to life.

Key responsibilities:

Inspire students and graduates through engaging virtual and face-to-face experiences.

• Build strong relationships with universities, employers, educators, student groups and graduates.
• Lead on-campus activity, including career fairs, presentations, student society events and industry seminars.
• Support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program to champion CA ANZ in market.
• Deliver campaigns that grow student engagement, employer relationships and future member pipelines.
• Use data, insights and academic calendars to identify opportunities and improve activity.

SALARY

$82-$86k (incl. Super).
