Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join a Brisbane construction team delivering a strong pipeline of commercial projects across inner Brisbane.

You will own structural works on site, coordinate trades, and keep high-rise residential, social housing and major commercial builds moving while upholding safety, quality and programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Structures Foreman or Supervisor on commercial builds.
• Strong background in concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement and sequencing.
• Experience across high-rise residential, social housing or major commercial projects.
• Hands-on leadership with good communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day structural works including formwork, reinforcement, pours and sequencing.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials to maintain workflow.
• Plan upcoming works and ensure trades are ready to hit the ground running.
• Maintain safety, quality and programme requirements without compromising standards.
• Collaborate with site management to resolve issues and keep progress.
• Take pride in delivering a quality structure and a well-run site.

If you're a Structures Foreman who knows how to run a productive site, coordinate good trades and keep a structure moving, this is worth a look.

We're looking for an experienced Structures Foreman / Supervisor to join a well-established Brisbane construction team delivering a strong pipeline of commercial projects across inner Brisbane.

You'll work across a mix of high-rise residential, multi-residential social housing and commercial builds, including schools, with the backing of an experienced local team and well-resourced projects.

Description

You'll take ownership of structural works on site, driving productivity and coordinating trades to keep the project on programme.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day structural works, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours and structural sequencing.
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials to maintain workflow.
• Planning upcoming works and ensuring trades are ready to hit the ground running.
• Maintaining safety, quality and programme requirements without compromising standards.
• Working closely with site management to resolve issues and keep construction progressing.
• Taking pride in delivering a quality structure and maintaining a well-run site.

Profile

• Experience as a Structures Foreman, Structures Supervisor or similar on commercial construction projects.
• A strong background in concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement and structural sequencing.
• Experience across high-rise residential, multi-residential or large commercial builds.
• The ability to organise trades, anticipate problems and keep the job moving.
• A hands-on approach, good communication and the confidence to take ownership of your area
