Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions on the Sunshine Coast seeks a seasoned Structures Foreman to lead the structural works on a major multi-residential development.

You will coordinate trades, subcontractors and on-site activities to deliver safely, on time and to programme, reporting to the Site Manager. This role offers exposure to a high-profile pipeline and the chance to advance within a prominent builder/developer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects.
• Strong understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement and structural trades.
• Strong ability to programme and coordinate works on site.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and programme.
• The ability to take ownership of your section of the project and drive delivery.
