Job summary

Vivid Recruitment is seeking a Structural Revit Modeller for their Sydney team, focusing on completing structural detail drafting across a range of projects. You will join a BIM group to develop structural systems and assist with model management and QA of sub-consultants’ models.

You will coordinate with other disciplines and design partners, ensuring accurate drawings and registration systems align with supplied specs and standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years local structural modelling experience.
• MUST BE LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA.
• Permanent work rights in Australia.
• Can work autonomously with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent analytical, communication & collaboration skills.
• Revit experience.
• Experience with software like Navisworks, BIM360 etc. is beneficial.

Responsibilities

OUR CLIENT
Vivid Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Structural Revit Modeller for an exciting national engineering consultancy for their Sydney team.This organisation provides services to a broad range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, industrial, education, sports, community etc.

This is a chance for a driven and experienced modeller to advance in the BIM team and hone their technical abilities by working on a variety of fascinating and technically demanding projects that will lead to exceptional design results.

THE ROLE

• Primary focus would be to complete the Structural Detail design drafting for a variety of projects
• You will be working with a team of BIM Modellers to develop the Structural systems for the project but also assisting with model management and quality assurance of sub-consultant’s models. You will also assist in coordination with other disciplines, sub-consultants and other design partners e.g. architect.
• Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
