Job summary

Talent Web Property, partnering with an established structural engineering consultancy in Sydney, is recruiting a Structural Engineer. You will work on industrial and commercial buildings, with hands-on involvement across design, documentation and construction, under experienced engineers.

Qualifications

Approximately 3–7 years of structural engineering experience, ideally in consulting.
Capable of designing and detailing steel and concrete buildings.
Experience with shop drawings, site coordination and construction-stage problem solving.
Clear communication and ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

Structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures (footings, slabs, lateral systems).
Prepare coordinated calculations and documentation with buildability focus.
Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs and resolve construction queries.
Undertake site inspections and provide practical engineering input during construction.
Coordinate with builders, fabricators, architects and internal project teams.
Maintain quality standards and contribute to design/documentation improvements.
