Job summary

Titan Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking an Experienced Structural Designer with Tekla experience to join a well-regarded engineering consultancy working on minerals processing plant projects in Western Australia.

You will develop detailed structural design and drafting deliverables, produce 3D models and drawings, and collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with Australian standards and client specifications on mining projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Structural Designer within mining, minerals processing, resources, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proficient with structural design and modelling software such as Tekla.
• Experience producing structural steel and reinforced concrete design documentation.
• Good understanding of mining clients drawing requirements.
• Broad experience with 3D CAD platforms and modelling workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a consulting engineering environment and manage multiple project priorities.
• Excellent team skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural design and drafting deliverables for mining and minerals processing projects.
• Produce 3D models, general arrangements, detailed drawings, and construction packages.
• Coordinate closely with Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Designers.
• Participate in design reviews, interdisciplinary coordination, and constructability assessments.
• Ensure deliverables are produced in accordance with client specifications, Australian Standards, and project requirements.

Experienced Structural Designer with Tekla software experience to join a well regarded engineering consultant specialising in providing multi discipline engineering solutions across diverse minerals processing plant projects.
