Job summary

WSP Building Structures is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of Australian project experience to join our national team. You’ll contribute to iconic high‑rise and complex buildings through BIM and 3D modelling, aligning design with local standards and client needs.

You’ll work on diverse NSW projects, collaborating across disciplines to deliver quality, on‑time outcomes while advancing your technical skills in a supportive, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor to Masters level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 2–5 years industry experience on building projects in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Work on iconic projects within a multi‑disciplined engineering team to deliver structural engineering projects.
• Support the wider team and other teams nationally when needed.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery in line with standards, schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to team outcomes.
• Provide continuous improvement inputs to create more efficient workflows.
