WSP Global Inc. is seeking a senior BIM professional to lead modelling and documentation for structural projects in Sydney. You will coordinate with design, construction and digital teams to ensure quality, standards compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building Design or related field.
• 7–10 years BIM experience on large or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience modelling reinforced concrete, precast, and structural steel.
• Strong proficiency with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, ACC).
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead Revit modelling of building structures to WSP standards.
• Produce clear, coordinated drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate model input and information extraction with designers.
• Identify clashes early to reduce project risk.
• Support digital upskilling and ensure BIM output quality.
• Improve design delivery efficiency through robust model management.
• Bridge design, construction, and digital teams.
• Allocate modelling resources and coordinate requirements.
• Apply BIM tools to deliver complex building services.
• Interpret BIM requirements and apply appropriate protocols.
• Ensure drawings and registration systems meet standards.
• Maintain technical standards per contractual obligations.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and clients.
