Job summary

Calibre Engineering Pty Ltd in Mount Isa is seeking a Structural Boilermaker to fabricate and assemble metal components for mining and industrial projects.

You will interpret drawings, perform MIG/TIG/FCAW/SMAW welding, and assist with site installations while following OH&S and quality protocols. A trade certificate in Metal Fabrication is required, with relocation to Mica Creek, QLD 4825 expected.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent in Metal Fabrication - Boilermaker.
• Willingness to relocate to Mount Isa, QLD.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components for mining and industrial projects.
• Interpret fabrication drawings and CAD plans provided by the engineering team.
• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW per Australian Standards.
• Install fabricated parts at client sites and conduct quality checks.
