Job summary

BDO is seeking a Manager to lead Strategy & Transformation engagements in Sydney. You will guide complex projects from scoping through delivery, working with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive practical, evidence-based solutions.

This role emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams and development of transformation roadmaps. You will shape operating models, business cases, and performance improvement programs while coaching junior staff and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and transformation engagements across operating models, performance improvement, or related work.
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex engagements with accountability for outcomes.
• Structure ambiguous client challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead executive workshops and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client outcomes.
• Coach team members and contribute to growth of the practice.
