Responsibilities

• Lead integrated portfolio strategy, planning and performance translated into delivery pathways.
• Coordinate reform, sequencing, stakeholder engagement and benefits monitoring.
• Prepare executive briefs, reform proposals, delivery plans and risk assessments.
• Provide oversight of investment prioritisation, governance and audit arrangements.
• Build strong relationships with senior commands, government and industry partners.
