• Experience leading complex reform, strategy, performance, or organisational change in a large operational environment.
• Ability to translate priorities into practical delivery plans, measures and reporting products.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated portfolio strategy, planning and performance arrangements with clear delivery pathways and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate reform and organisational change, including sequencing, engagement, transition support and benefits monitoring.
• Prepare executive briefs, papers, delivery plans, performance reports and risk assessments for decision-making.
• Oversee investment prioritisation, governance, risk, compliance and audit arrangements.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team and coordinate commercial/contract activities relevant to the portfolio.
