Job summary

The Country Fire Authority in Victoria is seeking a senior policy and workforce planning specialist to support the Chief Officer and other senior leaders. You will work across strategic workforce planning, leadership development and governance initiatives in a high-profile environment, coordinating with multiple locations across Melbourne.

You will lead research, prepare reports and briefings, provide Secretariat support to senior forums and help ensure sound judgement on confidential matters

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic workforce planning and governance.
• Ability to prepare high-quality reports and briefings.
• Experience liaising with government agencies and senior leaders.
• Tertiary qualifications in business admin or project management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Officer and senior leaders on workforce planning.
