Wiz is seeking a Senior Business Value Consultant to articulate the strategic and financial impact of our security platform for customers. You will blend front-line commercial execution with long-term thinking, translating complex solutions into clear value propositions.

You will partner with sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to define account strategies, lead discovery sessions, build multi-year ROI models, and guide customers from strategic alignment to realized value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or value consulting driving business transformation.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive actionable insights for senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate qualitative and quantitative business cases.

Responsibilities

• Value Selling: create high-quality deliverables communicating strategic agreements and ROI analyses.
• Orchestration: lead discovery sessions to understand challenges and value drivers.
• Sales Partnership: define account strategies and identify new opportunities based on value creation.
• Customer Success: guide customers through lifecycle from alignment to realized value.
• Deal Negotiation: assist in developing proposals and negotiation strategies for senior sales leaders.
• Thought Leadership: provide training and consultative partnering with sales teams.
• Travel: willing to travel up to 20% or more to support sales efforts.
