Job summary
Whizdom is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performing cloud platforms team. You will design, secure, deploy and support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments, working with architects, developers and operations to deliver secure, scalable services.
You will drive automation, operational maturity and continuous improvement while mentoring engineering teams and promoting cloud best practices.
Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering and securing cloud-based infrastructure.
- AWS and Azure security best practices and configurations.
- Experience with IAM technologies including Entra ID, SCIM and AWS IAM.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, highly available cloud services.
- Experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strengthen identity and access management controls across cloud platforms.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Support cloud-native security monitoring and threat detection.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud and networking issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and cloud best practices.
- Contribute to technical delivery planning, risk mitigation.
