Job summary

Wiz in Australia is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive customer adoption and success of the Wiz platform. You will provide strategic and hands-on guidance from onboarding to operationalisation, serving as the bridge between customers and the Wiz team.

You will establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from practitioners to C-level, defining Success Plans, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities to expand Wiz usage across the customer’s organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong cloud services and security practices with CSP certifications.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and their security implications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with deployment guidance and operational best practices.
• Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
• Help customers develop Success Plans and KPIs to achieve objectives.
• Measure KPI achievement and report results internally and externally.
• Advocate for customer needs and inform product about feature availability.
• Identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage across the customer’s organisation.
