Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems experience.
• Experience partnering with internal and external teams to execute initiatives or projects.
• Experience interacting with senior executives.
• Ability to manage projects independently and adapt to ambiguity.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into scalable processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Audit & Monitoring programs to verify contractor compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Coordinate with Global Quality to align with audit standards and metrics.
• Manage findings and ensure closures or timely enforcement actions.
• Provide regular A&M metrics reporting for local and global stakeholders.
• Perform deep dives to identify risks, controls, and gaps and influence business decisions.
• Own the yearly audit plan and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Define program scope and tests for new LM programs with key stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external teams.
• Scale audits through automation and AI.
• Advise on risk and compliance for new transportation initiatives.
