Job summary

Allied Pinnacle is seeking a Transport Tenders and Data Analyst to join our NSW team. Based in Macquarie Park, you will own transport master data in D365, support tender processes and develop cost models.

You will analyse freight spend, reconcile invoices, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement. Three years' experience in transport analytics or a related role is expected, with a background in FMCG or distribution preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in transport analytics, logistics, or a related analytical role.
• Experience managing master data, rates, or transactional data in ERP systems such as D365.
• Experience performing freight invoice, PO and accrual reconciliations.
• Experience supporting transport tenders, carrier sourcing, procurement evaluation or tender implementation.
• Desirable: FMCG, food manufacturing, warehousing or national distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain transport master data within D365, including carrier records, freight rates, fuel levies, accessorial charges, zones, routes, equipment types and contract dates.
• Reconcile carrier invoices against freight transactions, shipment records, rate cards, fuel schedules, POs and freight accruals.
• Support end-to-end transport tender processes: data gathering, cleansing, lane definition, volume profiling, bid documentation and implementation.
• Prepare tender datasets covering lanes, volumes, frequency, equipment, service requirements and constraints.
• Develop tender cost models, pricing templates, bid-comparison tools and scenario analyses.
• Monitor fuel levy applications, rate dates and contract expiry dates, identify overcharges or non-compliant charges.
