Allied Pinnacle Pty invites applications for a Transport Coordinator at our Tennyson site in Queensland. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods across the QLD region, coordinating daily transport schedules, allocating drivers, and ensuring accurate transport orders using D365/SAP where applicable.

Ideally you have FMCG experience, CoR and Fatigue Management knowledge, and familiarity with TMS platforms and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Food or high volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of CoR, Mass Management and Fatigue Management.
• Exposure to TMS platforms and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in transport coordination, logistics or supply chain operations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and optimise daily transport schedules and delivery routes.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles based on priorities and capacity.
• Process and manage transport orders using ERP systems (e.g., D365).
• Ensure transport information is complete and aligned with operations.
• Monitor daily pallet movements and reconciliation at the Tennyson site.
• Maintain pallet records across CHEP and Loscam systems.
• Identify and resolve scheduling or delivery issues proactively.
• Collaborate with drivers and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Ensure CoR, Fatigue Management and Load Restraint compliance.

An opportunity currently exists for a Transport Coordinator based at our Tennyson Site on a permanent, full time basis. The purpose of this position is to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods from Tennyson to entire QLD region.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and optimise daily transport schedules and delivery routes to meet customer requirements.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles based on delivery priorities, capacity and operational needs.
• Process, release and manage transport orders accurately using Microsoft D365.
• Ensure transport and order information is complete, accurate and aligned with operational requirements.
• Monitor and manage daily pallet movements and reconciliation for the Tennyson site.
• Maintain accurate pallet account records across CHEP and Loscam systems.
• Support efficient day-to-day transport operations by proactively identifying and resolving scheduling or delivery issues.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Ensure all transport activities comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Mass Management and Fatigue Management requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient and customer-focused transport operation

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in FMCG, Food or high volume and batch manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of CoR, Mass Management, and Fatigue Management.
• Exposure to TMS platforms such as TransVirtual, Freight2020, MTData, or FreightTracker is highly desired.
• Experience in FMCG or temperature-controlled freight environments.
• Experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft D365 and/or SAP, plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Certificate III or IV in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or working toward).
• A valid forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
• Additional compliance-related training (CoR, Fatigue Management, Load Restraint) is highly regarded.
