Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of business transformation and operational improvement projects.
• Translating strategic objectives into structured project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Engaging and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Establishing governance, reporting and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Supporting change management activities to ensure adoption.
• Bringing structure, accountability and momentum when paths aren't clear.
