Job summary

TOM People is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Transformation Project Manager into their Delivery & Transformation practice in Sydney or Melbourne. The role involves delivering complex business and technology transformation programs and working directly with senior client stakeholders to drive adoption across industries.

You will move between strategy and execution, guiding operating models, processes and organisational change while managing competing priorities in

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Project Management, Program Delivery or Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting, technology consulting or systems integration background.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery management capability.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Managing executive stakeholders and steering committee engagement.
• Driving operating model, process and organisational change initiatives.
• Delivering integration, consolidation and transformation programs.
• Building and maintaining program governance, delivery plans and reporting.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
• Working closely with clients to shape solutions and drive adoption.
