The role is highly business-focused, requiring coordination of multiple streams, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment to ensure the transformation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Program Manager / Senior Program Manager within a large transformation.
• Strong business transformation and program delivery experience.
• Experience across Cash & Transaction Banking products and services is ideal.
• Understanding of business processes, operating models and customer outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with senior executives in a complex organisation.
• Commercial and strategic mindset.
• Business-focused rather than technology-focused.
• Banking or financial services experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business delivery across a large transformation program
• Drive business outcomes, priorities and strategic objectives
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders and business leaders
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues and key business decisions
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable business outcomes
• Coordinate multiple business workstreams and ensure alignment across the program
• Provide clear reporting and governance to senior leadership
• Support business readiness, change and implementation activities
