Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive end-to-end programmes across multiple business units in Australia. You will lead projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage governance, risks and reporting, and influence decisions at leadership level to drive operational performance and change across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation.
• Ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate across nbn to bring together diverse stakeholders and clarify cross-functional processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and deliver capabilities that enhance operational performance.
• Oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, change management and reporting.
• Ensure delivery aligns with PMO frameworks and quality standards.
• Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.
• Build alignment across complex environments and support delivery of multiple workstreams.
• Prepare governance materials and executive-level communications.
• Provide insight into project progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Drive improvements supporting Field Services and the broader organisation.
