Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational, business or transformation projects.
• Strong project planning, governance and reporting capability.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Exposure to process improvement and operational change.
• Experience within customer onboarding, service delivery or multi-site operational environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate operational teams, SMEs and stakeholders.
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings and working groups.
• Prepare governance reporting and Steering Committee updates.
• Support process mapping, documentation and operational change.
• Drive deliverables and transition outcomes into BAU.
