The role is highly business-focused, requiring coordination of multiple streams, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment to ensure the transformation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Program Manager / Senior Program Manager within a large transformation.
• Strong business transformation and program delivery experience.
• Experience across Cash & Transaction Banking products and services is ideal.
• Understanding of business processes, operating models and customer outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with senior executives in a complex organisation.
• Commercial and strategic mindset.
• Business-focused rather than technology-focused.
• Banking or financial services experience desirable.

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Business Program Manager to join a large-scale transformation program on a contract basis.

This is a highly business-focused role, responsible for driving business outcomes, coordinating multiple business streams and ensuring the transformation delivers against its strategic objectives. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and requires someone who can operate confidently in a complex, matrixed environment.
