Qualifications

• Holds tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in strategic analysis, data analysis or change projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Confident communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Australian work rights and may require a National criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for large groups of stakeholders to elicit solutions and future vision.
• Assess, analyse and research data, policies and objectives; propose improvements aligned to goals.
• Conduct complex data analytics to assess current state and forecast impacts of options.
• Prepare insightful documents detailing insights from data analysis.
• Lead sprint teams and mentor teams in analysis and delivery phases.
• Advise on impacts of proposed changes on systems, processes and structures.
• Develop performance reporting for change activities including costs, benefits and risks.
• Implement solutions with cross-functional teams following project/change framework.
• Support program objectives and Griffith's strategic plan through transformation opportunities.
• Reinforce transformation goals and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and University policies.
