Qualifications

• Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or similar transaction-focused roles.
• Track record contributing to complex transactions with clear ownership of workstreams.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Assess acquisition, joint venture, investment and partnership opportunities against Fortescue's strategic priorities.
• Build and review valuation models and test assumptions with cross-functional data.
• Lead transaction workstreams and coordinate due diligence with internal and external teams.
• Develop transaction structures, negotiation positions and commercial options.
• Engage counterparties and advisers to progress discussions and resolve issues.
• Present recommendations to investment committees and executives with clear value/risk rationale.
