Onsite Training Australia is seeking a hands-on Strategic Trainer to deliver safety-critical training to workers across Mining, Rail and Construction. The role is based in Moranbah with accommodation provided while on shift.

You'll deliver S11 Coal Mine Inductions (Surface and Underground), Supervisor Training (S123, G2), First Aid, LVR/CPR, Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing. This is a delivery role first.

Formación

• Essential TAE40122 certificate and units of competency: S11, First Aid, Heights, Confined Space
• Current industry experience in mining, construction or similar high-risk env
• Current Australian driver's license and willingness to drive to Mackay or local sites
• HRWL Assessor (LF Forklift and/or WP EWP) is highly regarded
• Willing to learn and upskill in Training Delivery / Train TAE Training
• Calm, practical delivery style suitable for learners with varied literacy levels
• 9-Day Fortnight: live in Moranbah or drive in; accommodation provided; no night shift; every second Friday off
• Pay: $100k–$120k + super, depending on tickets and experience

Onsite Training Australia is looking for a hands-on Strategic Trainer to deliver safety-critical training to workers across Mining, Rail and Construction. The role is based in Moranbah and is open to locals or people who drive in from Mackay, with accommodation provided while you're on shift. You'll deliver Standard 11 (S11) Coal Mine Inductions (Surface and Underground), Supervisor Training (S123, G2), First Aid and CPR, LVR/CPR, Working Safely at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing. This is a delivery role first. You'll be in front of learners, on client sites and in our training rooms, making sure people leave competent and confident. Oportunity to Learn to Train Trainers (TAE Training).

• Current industry experience in mining, construction or a similar high-risk environment – essential
• Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to drive in from Mackay or travel to local sites – essential
• Accredited HRWL Assessor (LF Forklift and/or WP EWP) – highly regarded
• Willing to learn and upskill in Training Delivery / Train TAE Training – highly regarded
• A calm, practical delivery style that works with learners of all literacy levels
• 9-Day Fortnight: Live in Moranbah or drive in from Mackay. Accommodation is provided, there's no night shift, and you get every second Friday off.
