Job summary

DuluxGroup's Selleys brand in Sydney seeks a growth-oriented trade sales professional to drive NSW/ACT customer base through Selleys/Admil products and the high-quality range of adhesives and sealants.

You will build strong relationships with Trade Distributors, uncover opportunities, and increase wallet share while supporting product testing and trials. This role offers autonomy, learning, and a supportive team environment with travel across the state.

Qualifications

• Trade related sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales goals through strategic thinking and customer engagement
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with broader teams
• Support technical teams in field trials and product testing activities
• Technical knowledge of silicones, sealants, and adhesives (advantageous)
• Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills and exposure to using sales CRMs
• Willingness to travel across the state, as required
