Job summary

Ritchie Bros on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive multi-channel solutions, source new business, and grow existing accounts within a defined territory.

You will build the territory playbook, leverage Salesforce CRM, and tailor presentations to meet customer needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to close deals.

The role includes attending auctions in the region and regular overnight travel to cover the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions and source new business.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain the territory playbook and use Salesforce CRM regularly.
• Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions via presentations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.
• Attend 4 to 6 auction sales in the region.
• Travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month to cover the territory and 1 to 2 days before each auction.
