Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Procurement professional to lead sourcing, renewals and negotiations for our technology services portfolio.

You will partner with Group CTO, architecture, engineering, security, risk and finance to deliver value, manage supplier relationships and support transformation programs.

This hybrid role offers flexible office arrangements and a focus on cost optimisation, compliance and commercial management to enable the bank's transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology procurement within large or complex organisations.
• Experience managing commercial negotiations and delivering value.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance cost, risk, service and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, renewal and negotiation initiatives across IT Infrastructure.
• Build relationships across Group CTO and business areas.
• Support sourcing and savings through negotiation and contract management.
• Ensure activities align with the Group Supplier Lifecycle Policy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to renewals, panel arrangements, transformations and cost optimisation.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to support decisions.
