You will operate with autonomy, develop sourcing strategies, run complex negotiations and analyse licensing and consumption models to unlock cost savings. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology procurement across software, SaaS, cloud, licensing, technology services.
• Proven capability leading complex technology sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of software licensing, subscription and consumption models.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology sourcing, procurement and renewal activity across software, cloud, platforms, technology services and strategic suppliers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for significant technology investments and supplier engagements.
• Assess technology supplier, spend and renewal landscapes to identify commercial opportunities, risks and priorities.
• Lead complex negotiations, driving strong commercial outcomes and long-term value.
• Analyse software licensing, subscriptions and consumption models to identify optimisation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Risk stakeholders to support informed technology investment decisions.
