Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in professional services, government, industry, or project-based transformation environments.
• Strong experience delivering organisation and technology-enabled change across diagnosis, planning, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrate managing workstream plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitate discussions and tailor messages to your audience.
• Experience gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative information, then turning it into practical recommendations.
• Collaborative style, with the ability to support junior team members, share knowledge and contribute to team effectiveness.
• Exposure to major technology implementations such as SAP, Oracle or similar, including people and change implications.
• Desirable: ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-ready work that supports measurable transformation outcomes.
• Lead defined streams of organisation and technology-enabled change, managing priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations and align to the transformation program.
• Engage with client stakeholders, project leaders and blended delivery teams to shape plans and manage adoption and readiness.
• Support junior team members and partner with functional teams to understand people impacts of technology programs like SAP or Oracle.
