Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Change Transformation Senior Manager to lead strategic change and workforce transformation across operating models, technology and AI-enabled initiatives. You will shape strategies, engage senior client stakeholders and guide multidisciplinary teams to prepare organisations for new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex change transformation programs in consulting or large enterprises.
• Experience delivering change across operating model, technology or AI-enabled transformation.
• Strong workforce transition experience including talent mapping and workforce planning.
• Experience mapping future skills, roles and competency requirements.
• Ability to engage, advise and influence senior executives.
• Commercial acumen with proposals or new client opportunities.
• Experience leading teams and multiple workstreams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management across large-scale transformation programs.
• Develop strategies supporting operating model, technology and AI transformation.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational impacts and adoption risks.
• Lead workforce transition activities including talent mapping and planning.
• Design workforce transformation approaches for future skills and capabilities.
• Develop capability and competency frameworks aligned with future requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption initiatives.
• Shape client solutions and contribute to proposals and opportunities.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior practitioners.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
