Responsibilities

• Lead the forward view of technology demand and forecast capacity across compute, storage, network, cloud and platform.
• Translate business demand, service growth, architectural change, operational trends and technology lifecycle information into practical capacity strategies that support reliable, secure and cost‑effective service delivery.
• Collaborate across planning, architecture, operations, finance, platform and delivery teams to provide analysis, advice and governance to support investment decisions, demand management and service resilience.
