• Extensive leadership experience across technology portfolio management, enterprise PMO, program delivery or strategic execution.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex technology initiatives simultaneously while driving successful outcomes.
• Strong people leadership experience across delivery, business analysis, PMO or governance functions.

Responsibilities

• Leading a portfolio of field systems, workforce, and operational technology initiatives from concept through to value realisation.
• Driving investment governance, portfolio prioritisation, and executive decision-making.
• Partnering with operational leaders to align technology investments with business priorities and customer outcomes.
• Providing visibility of portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, resources, and benefits.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across project delivery, business analysis, architecture, change and PMO functions.
• Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Enabling improvements across workforce management, planning and scheduling, mobility, field enablement, skills, compliance, and operational data platforms.
