Telstra is seeking a Workforce Strategy Specialist to help shape how work, skills and the workforce evolve in a digital, technology-enabled world. You’ll partner with leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, uncover insights, and develop strategies to ensure Telstra has the right people, skills and capabilities for our Connected Future 30 ambitions.

Qualifications

2-4 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, workforce analytics, organisational effectiveness, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Solve complex workforce and business challenges using structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Analyse workforce data, trends, and external market insights to identify opportunities and risks.
Support strategic workforce planning and workforce transformation initiatives across the business.
Assess workforce implications arising from changes in global trends, technology, AI, automation, and business priorities.
Develop recommendations and implementation plans that connect workforce strategy with business outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders across Telstra including People & Culture, Strategy and Finance, and other business teams.
Create compelling presentations and executive-ready materials to support strategic decision‑making.
Help shape enterprise‑wide workforce narratives and strategic workforce priorities.
