KBR, Inc. in Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Supply Chain and Subcontracts Manager to oversee the supply chain, subcontracts, and AIC initiatives on a major program, coordinating with defence partners and suppliers.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance; candidates must hold an active Australian Government Security Clearance and have experience in Defence or regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Commerce, Project Management or related.
• Strong experience in management of supply chain and subcontracts
• Solid experience in management and coordination of AIC
• Experience in Defence or government or regulated industry
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Active Australian Government Security Clearance required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the supply chain function for a major program and related subcontracts.
• Manage delivery of AIC commitments, ACE obligations and supply chain performance.
• Lead engagement activities, including supply chain forums, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and government stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain records and reporting for contractual compliance and governance.
• Contribute to governance reviews and initiatives for sovereign capability.
