Job summary

Glen Dimplex AU in Melbourne is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure the efficient flow of products from international suppliers to our distribution network. You will coordinate inbound supply activities, maintain accurate inventory and purchasing data, and support inventory optimisation initiatives to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory or Logistics role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excel capability (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Raise, maintain and manage purchase orders across assigned supplier portfolios.
• Monitor supplier order confirmations and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data in the ERP system.
• Support demand planning through inventory analysis and reporting.
• Identify supply risks and escalate issues.
• Assist with supplier lead times and replenishment schedules.
• Develop and execute inventory replenishment strategies.
• Monitor inbound shipments from dispatch to warehouse receipt.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Track shipment milestones and communicate delays or risks.
• Ensure shipment documentation is accurate and complete.
• Assist with customs and import documentation.
• Resolve freight, delivery and receiving discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and process stock adjustments.
