Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a Performance Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, ensuring performance aligns with organisational goals. The role may involve interstate travel and requires 3–5 years in supplier relationship management within the building repair/construction sector.

Based in North Lakes, this on-site position offers opportunities to lead supplier scorecards, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in supply chain or supplier relationship management.
• Experience with KPI/SLA performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with facilitation/presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews against SLAs and KPIs.
• Hold suppliers accountable for forecasts, capacity and accountability.
• Serve as primary liaison between suppliers, external partners and internal teams.
• Develop strategies to enhance supplier performance with cross-functional collaboration.
