Fremantle Ports seeks an experienced Study Manager to lead multidisciplinary studies from concept to business case development. You will coordinate technical, commercial, environmental and stakeholder inputs to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary studies in infrastructure, ports, transport, utilities or industrial environments.
Ability to translate complexity into clear strategic insights.
Strong governance, risk management and procurement understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead the full study lifecycle across technical, commercial, environmental, planning and stakeholder streams.
Drive investment logic mapping, scenario modelling and options assessments.
Develop business cases, operating models and infrastructure solutions.
Oversee budgets, schedules, risks and resources for studies.
Manage procurement, consultant engagement and contract management.
Produce executive reports and decision-support materials.
Ensure studies are delivered on time, on budget and to high quality.
