Bright & Duggan is seeking a highly organised Strata Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. You will work with owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and knowledge of strata bylaws; a relevant degree and strata license are desirable. We offer a flexible environment and support for professional development.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of strata or property management experience.
• Certificate of Registration and Strata License - Desirable.
• Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of strata properties (residential and commercial).
• Obtain quotes, send correspondence, handle general accounting and budgeting, attend and chair meetings, and manage contracts.
