Job summary

Our client is a leading provider of stormwater treatment, harvesting, and maintenance solutions across Australia. The role focuses on driving growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding presence across NSW civil and infrastructure sectors.

Key duties include building council and utility partnerships, promoting stormwater solutions, and guiding tender submissions with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical or engineered solutions sales.
• Strong understanding of civil drainage or water infrastructure sectors.
• Experience developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
• Strong business development and sales strategy capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across NSW.
• Build and maintain relationships with councils, utilities, and asset owners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across civil and infrastructure sectors.
• Promote stormwater treatment, harvesting, and maintenance solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines and convert opportunities into profitable projects.
• Support tender submissions and project development activities.
• Provide technical input and specialist support throughout project delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge and awareness of market trends.
