Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a stakeholder engagement professional to work across Defence and national security programs. You will translate diverse stakeholder inputs into actionable requirements and work with ESRI-based geospatial capabilities to support delivery.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and the ability to operate in a complex, secure environment. Australian citizenship and suitable clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience working within Defence, the ADF or similar secure environments.
• Knowledge of GEOINT, GIS or geospatial environments.
• Working knowledge of ESRI software and geospatial technologies.
• Capability in information gathering, discovery and требований elicitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop productive relationships with customer, ADF, operational, delivery and technical stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops and discovery activities.
• Translate stakeholder insights into clear requirements, decisions, risks and inputs for delivery.
• Prepare audience-appropriate briefings, engagement products and correspondence, and maintain stakeholder maps and plans.
