Job summary

Leidos Australia seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Lead to shape geospatial capability planning and delivery within the GEO SPACES program. You will connect customer, operational and technical perspectives in a secure environment, driving collaboration and informed decisions.

You will build relationships with defence and government stakeholders, translate needs into clear requirements, and produce concise briefings and engagement materials for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management and facilitation.
• Experience working within Defence, the ADF or a similarly complex and secure environment.
• Knowledge of GEOINT, GIS or geospatial capability environments.
• Working knowledge of the ESRI software suite and associated geospatial technologies.
• Capability in information gathering, discovery and requirements elicitation.
• Ability to communicate credibly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Well‑developed written communication, briefing and presentation capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop productive relationships with customer, ADF, operational, delivery and technical stakeholders, creating clear pathways for collaboration and informed decision‑making.
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops and discovery activities to understand stakeholder needs, constraints and priorities.
• Translate stakeholder insights into clear requirements, decisions, risks and delivery inputs, bridging operational needs and technical teams working with ESRI‑based capabilities.
• Prepare audience‑appropriate briefings, engagement products and correspondence, while maintaining stakeholder maps, engagement plans, action registers and communication records.
