Harvey Norman is seeking a Sponsorship Manager in Australia to lead day-to-day operations of the Sponsorship department and manage partnerships across major properties. You will work with the wider Sponsorship team to deliver integrated campaigns, events and activations, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and contractual delivery.

The role requires hands-on campaign and event delivery, collaboration with managers, and a proactive, commercially minded approach within a large global retail

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, events or related field.
• Proven ability to manage sponsorship assets and partner relationships.
• Strong campaign, activation and event management skills.
• Experience across traditional and digital marketing channels.

Aufgaben

• Support the General Manager with sponsorship operations, budgets, reporting, assets, logistics and corporate initiatives.
• Assist with day-to-day management of the Sponsorship team and portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sponsorship Managers to deliver successful partnership outcomes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Manage sponsorship assets and contractual deliverables across key partnerships.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and broadcast channels.
• Project manage sponsorship activations, campaigns and events from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate event logistics, stakeholder engagement and activation planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Harvey Norman at sponsorship events, activations and industry functions as required.
