Job summary

TK Maxx is seeking a Procurement Manager (Category Manager) to lead strategic sourcing and category management across indirect spend categories, including Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Finance, Fixtures and Construction.

You will work with regional and global teams to deliver procurement solutions that support business objectives, ensure compliance and generate value through supplier partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience across indirect spend categories such as Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Finance, Fixtures or Construction.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience delivering sourcing projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related discipline (preferred).
• CIPS, SCMP, CPSM or similar procurement certification (preferred).
