• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with sourcing project experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a Procurement Manager (internally known as a Category Manager ) to lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across a diverse portfolio of non-merchandise spend categories, including Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Finance, Fixtures and Construction .

This role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies, leading complex sourcing initiatives, and driving value across the business through strong supplier partnerships and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with regional and global teams to deliver procurement solutions that support business objectives, innovation, compliance and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across indirect spend categories
• Develop category strategies that drive value, innovation and business performance
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations and sourcing activities
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to support procurement priorities
• Drive procurement best practice, governance and supplier performance
• Build strong partnerships and influence key business decisions

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management
• Experience across one or more indirect spend categories, such as Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Finance, Fixtures or Construction
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience delivering sourcing and procurement projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline (preferred)
• CIPS, SCMP, CPSM or similar procurement certification (preferred)
