Job summary

Lusta Hair in Kent Town, Adelaide is seeking a Social & Influencer Manager to lead strategy for Instagram and TikTok, shape content pillars and grow our influencer program. You’ll hands-on edit and filming early on, with a clear path to building and leading a team as the brand scales.

Working with the founder and Ecommerce Manager, you’ll own performance insights, align creative with the brand voice, and drive storytelling that supports growth across social and creator partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading social strategy for a brand.
• Experience managing influencer relationships at scale.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to brief others.
• Experience with CapCut or Adobe for video editing.
• Willingness to build and lead a team as the role grows.
• Comfort with AI tools in marketing.
• Data-driven with ability to explain results.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and content direction across Instagram and TikTok.
• Build a content calendar blending UGC, influencer content and founder footage.
• Light editing and assembly of videos into posts.
• Lead and review the Junior Social Media Assistant's output.
• Strategize and grow influencer partnerships.
